how to begin?

  • Make sure you have a good posture.
  • Get into a comfortable position.
  • Do every exercise on both sides. ( left & right )
  • Can be done on a foam roller too.

CONTINUE BREATHING INHALING AND EXHALING. Your exhale gives you more energy to go further into your stretch. and BEGIN

Remember: If you have tried these exercises for a week with no improvement please go and see your chiro or physio.

A few steps to follow with the stretching

  • Incredible creams like Deep heat, Thermacare heat wraps, Thrombo-phobe gel, Arnica ice or Ice man gel.
  • Get into a mustard bath or an epsom salt bath.
  • Strap your muscle for the week and rest it as much as possible.
  • Apply heat and ice to it alternating the heat and cold to the muscles.
  • REST it for at least one week depending on the severity of the pain and injury.
