about myself

Welcome to KAY’FIT. I am very excited to share my passion for all things health and fitness with you!

I am a professional Actress, Dancer and Singer, as well as a Drama teacher. My passion for health and fitness has strong links to my background in both dance and performing arts. I have trained as a dancer and performer all my life. Fitness, nutrition and nurturing a strong, healthy body and mind, have always been important to me and my everyday discipline.

I created KAY’FIT, my fitness company, 2 years ago. I am a qualified Barre Body Instructor as well as a Pilates Instructor and aspiring Nutritionist.

My passion is people, and I strive to assist my clients in being confident in their bodies and building a holistic approach to their health. I enjoy going on a journey with each client, often creating a personal plan to help them live the best version of themselves.

I currently offer classes at Moove Melrose Arch as well as online services via FaceTime or ZOOM (Private sessions tailor made for each individual or group session).

Please note KAY’FIT classes are in studio 1 and are a combination of Barre, Pilates, HIIT and plyometric training.
Drop in classes with no membership are R200.
